The Briton 1120B Overhead Door Closer is ideal for medium duty application, such as offices or living accommodation. The closer has backcheck, offering resistance when the door is opened using excessive force – this prevents damage to the door and is ideal for high traffic applications. It features adjustable closing and latch speeds, with concealed adjustment to prevent unauthorised changes being made to the closer. It is suitable for fire doors (Certifire Approved CF388 – tested to 2 hours), and is also successfully tested to EN1154 & EN1634 recommendations. It is reversible to suit both left handed and right handed door applications and comes complete with a 10 year guarantee.
